Qualifications:
1. Speak, read, write in English and Japanese/or Chinese
2. Real Estate License (*or have plans to obtain one)
3. Car (or have plans to obtain one)
Formal employment starts upon obtaining a real estate license.
Obtaining a real estate license: Massachusetts' law requires
completion of twenty–four hours of instruction in a certified
educational facility. Upon passing the real estate license test
you will be issued a license. It costs approximately $400 for
the classroom instruction and test. You can obtain more detailed
information at real estate schools.
